In Love with Life

Life is simple, if you choose to keep it this way. Life is precious, if you embrace a tranquil and intentional lifestyle, that has the potential to open your eyes to the transient beauty of it. Life is in motion, making it vital to stop and check out the scenery, every once in a while. Life is short, so make it count by going with the flow, and embodying your true self.

Hello, my fellow Spirit. Thank you so much for stopping by, and taking your time to read my articles. I want you to always feel welcome and comfortable while being here. Make yourself at home. Today, we are going to explore the impermanence of life, and the beauty that comes with it. Are you ready to get carried away like leaves in the wind? I'll bring you back, safely. I promise.

Everything in existence has a natural cycle of ebb and flow, birth and death, ups and downs, like the ever-changing seasons. While energy in it's most basic state is timeless and infinite, the very form it manifests into isn't. Nothing is eternal, but follows a certain flow. In case you already wonder, yes, this is yet another Universal Principle - the Law of Rhythm.

All of the Universal Laws flow seamlessly into one another. They are not separate but interconnected, like waves in the ocean, driven by the natural cycles of tides, continuously arising and falling, fluatuating between calm and tempestuous, smoothly merging with one another to form one body of water. This principle of creation applies to everything, and today, the Law of Rhythm is our guest of honor.

Not only is your physical body subjective to countless rhythms, but so is your human life experience. As you are moving through different stages of spiritual growth and renewal, you are slowly being transformed into something beautiful and new, like a butterfly undergoing its metamorphosis. Your path itself is a sacred, perfectly timed and orchestrated, highly important, and extremely precious masterpiece, a marvelous, one-of-a-kind opportunity to allow your soul to incarnate into a physical plane to experience all of its creation, first-hand.

A human life here on Earth is so beautiful, so magnificent, words alone will never be enough to capture my soul's love for it. A love so deep, that even the Mariana Trench in the Pacific Ocean seems like a shallow puddle, if compared to it. What makes it so lovable? It's transient nature. Life is fleeting, like a rainbow on a late summer evening, when rays of sunshine invite precious raindrops for a quick and joyful dance. It's short. For some extremely short. So short that they don't even live to see the beauty of it. From the moment we're born, our days are already counted. Yet, so many live in a way, as if they still have all the time in the world to "take it all in," to marvel it's perfection, to fall in love with it, and to appreciate the opportunity they've been given by simply existing in a physical form.

I don't. I'm consciously aware of life's impermanence, every second I'm alive. I deliberately savor every moment of it, as if it were my last. Maybe it's because of my health-related challenges, or my ability to perceive life through the lens of my Higher Self. Does it matter? I guess not. Sakura, Japanese Cherry blossoms, are my favorite symbol for the cycle of birth and death, the transcience of life, the inevitability of its ending, and the importance of cherishing the preciousness of the present moment. Their blooming period is brief, before they vanish into the vast nothingness of existence.

Why am I writing all of this? I'm deeply in love with life and want you to feel it, too. I wish for you to perceive life the way your soul does. That's one of the reasons why I'm here, why I created this website in the first place. It's part of my soul's mission.

So, what's the secret, then? What makes your human life so precious and beautiful? In my experience, the secret to wholeheartedly fall in love with your life lies in the less obvious, minor, subtle, and often overlooked details of our daily existence. Let me give you a few hints and ideas on where to look for those details. Maybe they'll open you up just enough to help you become more receptive for the ephemeral beauty of life itself.

Let's start with the present moment, and the divine timeline that invisibly runs through your life like a red thread, connecting all the vital events, challenges, people, and circumstances that not only transform into cherishable memories over time, but help your soul on its mission to learn, grow, and evolve. Your date of your birth, the moment you meet your soulmate, or the day your children are born, those events are not random, but neatly orchestrated, unfolding precisely at the right moment, and in accordance with your unique, divine timeline.

Have you ever noticed how synchronicities cross your path? These meaningful encounters or situations have the potential to shape the direction of your path, yet don't seem to have any logical and causal connection with it. But they have. Although incomprehensible to the human mind, synchronicities are divine interventions, supposed to help, guide, or redirect you, whenever you ventured too far off course. They are meant to connect you with fellow spirits, inspire you to try out new things, and remind you of your permanent connection with the Spiritual Realm.

By respecting and honoring your divine timeline, the unique flow of your life, the illusion of time urgency naturally falls away, leaving space for trust, acceptance, and allowing to take it's place. No more trying to "make things happen" just because your mind "thinks" so. Nothing can be forced. It has to be allowed. When you choose to trust, something beautiful happens. Doors will open exactly at the right time, all by themselves. You just have to be courageous enough to go through them. But, there's even more to it. Trust leaves no room for fear or confusion. Instead, it invites you to accept and appreciate the present moment, just as it is.

Living in constant fear of what might come, will immediately lower your frequency and pop you straight out of the present moment. How so? Because fear has its origin in the mind. No human being knows exactly what will happen or when, and we're not supposed to. Just try your best to trust your intuition, your Higher Self, and get comfortable with uncertainty, change, and not knowing. You don't have to know everything and never will.

In fact, if you want to make tangible progress on your spiritual path, you'll have to choose, sooner or later. Who do you trust, your mind or your Higher Self? Think of it like this: You are sitting in a spacecraft, determined to explore the vastness of the Universe, a.k.a. the Spiritual Ralm. However, to do so, your spacecraft has to have enough propulsion to pass and travel beyond Earth's atmosphere, a.k.a. your mind. As long as you haven't been able to intentionally transcend your mind, it will always pull you straight back down to Earth.

By accepting change and uncertainty as natural parts in the flow of life, and allowing new things to arise without resistence, by appreciating the present moment just as it is, without any desire to control it, and by being willing to let people or things depart, without grasping or clinging, you're not only embracing the ephemeral nature of life, but also choosing to trust the divine timeline, just as your soul intended to. Doing so, you are already embodying your true self because with trust comes love.

Chinese military general and writer Sun Tzu once put it like this: "Whatever comes, let it come. Whatever stays, let it stay. Whatever goes, let it go." I invite you to ponder the meaning of this quote, and how you can incorporate it into your everyday life.

Speaking of things, I value simplicity and empty space. Do you still remember the Law of Correspondence? Your outer world reflects your inner State of Being. This principle is also true if you turn it around, which is why I intentionally keep my living space open and free of clutter. By sensibly selecting meaningful items, that I truly cherish and want to surround myself with, I'm conveying the tranquility and stillness of my outer world to my inner world.

A serene environment, accentuated with subdued colors and natural materials that reflect the beauty of imperfection and embody a sense of harmony with life, is the perfect antidote to stress and an overactive mind. With openness and space, energy can flow freely. And, the energy you surround yourself with has a significant impact, not only on your own energy level, but on your perception of life.

I intentionally choose simplicity and minimalism in every area of my life, as it makes my life so much more peaceful. Preferring quality over quantity, I don't own much stuff. I don't have many apps on my phone, either. The way I cook, which ingredients I use for my meals, or what I use for my skincare, all is simple, minimal, and carefully selected. Less is more. This is the only way to make sure, I don't get "decision fatigue," caused by an overactive mind.

Have you ever heard of Wabi Sabi? It's a Japanese way of being, that can best be described as "elegant simplicity," or enjoying a quiet, simple lifestyle free from wordly affairs. Wabi means seeing beauty in the imperfectedness and impermanence of nature. Sabi refers to beauty that comes with age. Things that are old, and weathered, sometimes even broken but repaired, are considered as more appealing than new things or things that stand out.

I see beauty in ordinary, simple, and seemingly imperfect things. I also see it in mundane, everyday routines. It's just a very grounding, humbling, and precious experience to consciously cook your meals with an attitude of appreciation, gratitude, and love. Again, it's an energy-based universe, and whatever energy you put into your activities, directly affects your life experience. It's a continuous cycle of giving and receiving.

Opting for a tranquil, slow, and minimalist lifestyle allows me to consciously perceive the transcience of life and the inevitablility of it's passing as something precious and beautiful, gently reminding me that endings can be viewed as a beauty of reality rather than pain. It also helps me to recognize myself and my path in worn, weathered, and scarred things, as my human self has already taken some beating on numerous occasions, as well. Everyone of us wears those scars, which are badges of honor, that tell stories of our strength and resilience, of lessons learned, fights won or lost, and of hardships endured, thereby highlighting the vulnerability and imperfection, that can be found in all of us.

But even a simple lifestyle can overwhelm you and "wear you out," especially if you don't press the "pause button," every now and then. Life isn't stable. It's energy in motion, constantly flowing, and if you don't pay attention, you can easily get swept away by its strong currents. The solution? Slow down intentionally and get your bearings. We all have to continuously adapt, adjust, and align to make sure we're still on our path, still going in the direction our heart and soul are inspiring us to.

Your human life is transient in nature, which is exactly what makes it so very precious. Live it with intention, purpose, integrity, and authenticity. Live it in a way that feels meaningful and good to you, reflecting your soul's essence and your heart's desires. Make it count. In every moment, you're being offered an invaluable gift - to perceive it all consciously, to embody your true self, and to fall in love with your life, again and again.

Now you know about the subtle and oftentimes overlooked details I wrote about earlier, the ones that make your life so special and lovable. You know about your divine timeline, about the magical appearance of unexpected synchronicities enriching your path, about the advantages that come with embracing a tranquil and simple lifestyle, about the necessity to slow down and adapt, and about the beauty that can be found, not only in seemingly imperfect or old objects, but in your ephemeral human life, too.

In the end, my words will never be able to fill the canvas with enough color to paint the full picture. They don't replace the value and realization that only comes from self-experience. So, go out there and explore. Get carried away by the flow of your life, wherever it might take you. Be adventurous, courageous, and seek your truth. Rejoice in the here in now, and live your life in a way that you don't have any regrets, if it were to end tomorrow. Live your life to the fullest and savor every precious moment of it. This may all be over, too soon. I'll end my article with yet another quote for you to contemplate. This one was written by Miyamoto Musashi, a Japanese samurai, swordsman, and writer.

"From one thing, know ten thousand things."
