Hello my friend, welcome back. Thank you for visiting this site, today. May you find, what you're looking for. After having had a little bit of time to contemplate the recent direction of my life path, I once more realized the importance of finding balance throughout every aspect of our precious lives, since not only we as individuals, but the entire Universe is governed by this basic principle of creation. Come and join me for a quick cosmic excursion to learn more about its impact, and how you can restore balance in your own life.

The state of balance is one of the most crucial factors in all of creation. No matter if you were to investigate the smallest subatomic particles in existence, tiny little quarks, if you take a closer look at yourself in the mirror, or if you set out to study the ultra-massive black hole TON 618, the largest known single mass concentration in the Universe, all of them maintain a dynamical energy equilibrium.

From a physics standpoint, energy, no matter in which form, always seeks a state of balance, either by stabilizing itself permanently, or by dynamically changing, by continuously transforming itself into something new. You're probably wondering what all of this has to do with you, right? Everything. Because you, my friend, are energy, too. And as you've probably experienced for yourself on countless occasions, your State of Being is everything but stable. In every moment of your existence, your energy is in motion and your frequency changing, making it sometimes seem, as if you're in an emotional roller-coaster ride 24/7.

The good news is, it's all completely normal. All of us feel this way, so no reason to get "unsettled." See? The importance of balance has even found it's way into our language. But wait, there's even more heart balm to be found here. Sooner or later, balance is going to restore itself, naturally and effortlessly. Oftentimes, you don't even notice it happening. Let me give you an example. Maybe you take a day off, or spend some quality time with a good friend, and just feel better afterwards, more at ease, more like yourself, again.

Other times, the process of restoring balance can come in form of rather drastic events or circumstances, which may, at first glance, seem as if something is going inherently wrong in your life. However, in hindsight those challenges make total sense. They even seemed necessary to finally get you to refocus, reprioritize, or change your direction, entirely. The sudden loss of your job, a severe or long-term illness, are common ways, in which the Universe might be trying to get your full attention.

By reading my articles, you've already learned a thing or two about some of the other Universal Laws, and the influence they have on your life experience. One of them, besides the Law of Balance, is the Law of Polarity. It states that the entire Universe functions on the principle of duality. Everything has an opposite and these opposites are connected, because they're two extremes, two poles, of the same thing. Take love and hatred, for example. Both are on either end of the spectrum, yet in the end, they are one. They represent the complete emotional spectrum, just in varying degrees.

"Why are there even polar opposites?," you might wonder. It's all about the contrast. Contrast provides definition, helping you understand and appreciate its opposite. In terms of your everyday life, contrast lets you figure out your individual preferences, your likes and dislikes. You only know how love feels and that you like it, if you're familiar with its counterpart, hatred. You only know how clarity and light feel, if you compare them with confusion and darkness. The same is true for everything in existence.

Besides light and shadow, you can find two other opposites working inside yourself, masculine and feminine energy. Let me introduce you to the Law of Gender, at this point. Although it might seem so, but these energy qualities don't have anything to do with your gender as a human being. This basic principle of creation just implies that all things are composed of both masculine and feminine energy. And just as every other Universal Law, this one too, applies to the Universe as a whole and to ourselves.

Whereas masculine energy is associated with vision, action, drive, and giving, feminine energy is fostered by being creative, by focusing on your intuition, by caring and nurturing, and by allowing and receiving. Think of it as Yin and Yang, complementary, yet opposite forces, existing in balance and harmony to form a whole. Continuously changing, both are interconnected and interdependent, showing unity in duality.

Restoring balance is a dynamic and infinite process. It can be quite tricky, especially if the contrast couldn't be much bigger, such as in my case. There is the "Light Being" from Mintaka, on one side, and the Human Being on the other. Both are basically polar opposites, yet from an energy standpoint, they're on the very same spectrum, dynamically engaging with each other in order to create balance. Perceiving myself from my Higher Self's perspective, I'm consciously aware that my soul's origin is in a much higher realm, where I was once surrounded by pure love, light and peace.

Life on Mintaka seems like a magical fairy-tale, almost unreal, if you compare it to life here on Earth. Our Mintakan society is based on harmony. We share a deep bond with each other, a connection so profound that trust and unconditional love are naturally embedded into our way of being. In contrast, most humans are acting from a point of mistrust, suspicion, and resistance, which is basically coming from countless misleading beliefs, that are neatly stored away and hold onto in the sphere of the subconscious mind.

While living my life here on Earth, I'm constantly juggling these two opposites, the Spiritual Being and the human, trying my best to find a healthy balance and bring them together. It's not easy. I can tell you that. So, if you're still determined to pursue your path towards enlightenment, still wanting to reconnect with your Higher Self to find out about your spiritual background, be prepared that life, the way you know and got used to it, might change dramatically. With knowledge comes responsibility, and I take my assignment as a "Lighter Worker" in this realm seriously. You cannot forget, what you've once realized.

I guess, it's fair to say that everything about me is highly sensitive. Both my physical and energy bodies get overwhelmed and unsettled, quickly. The way I live, what I surround myself with, what I put in or onto my body, how well I take care of myself and nurture my energy needs, all these factors contribute to whether or not I'm moving towards balance or away from it.

My "spiritual senses" are very pronounced. Although they're vital for my ability to stay in touch with "home" and fulfill my soul's mission, they also make my human life sometimes feel like a pinball in an out-of-control pinball machine, or a three-year old on a sugar high, having his temper tantrums right in front of the candy ilse, next to the cash register, on a Saturday morning, when everybody is out to do their weekly grocery shopping.

In terms of my energy body, I generally don't do well with disharmony, deception, and mistrust, let alone hatred or anger. As I wrote before, I can "read" other people, and feel their energy, as if it were my own. Everything that vibrates below the frequencies of love, light, and peace, makes me feel very uncomfortable - emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually. I'm just not used to it, and probably never will.

My energy blueprint is full of all those wonderful frequencies my soul grew up with on Mintaka, making the contrast appear even bigger, at times. Once out of balance, it sometimes takes weeks to allow for my natural State of Being to restore itself, completely. And, although there're certain things that might be helpful to speed up the process a little, most of the time, I just have to wait it out. Nothing can be rushed or forced. It has to be allowed, at least in my case.

So, what can you do, if you find yourself out of balance? Accept it - all of it. Fighting against unwanted feelings, emotions, and mental suffering just creates resistence, which in turn only increases, if you set out to make them go away. Instead, accept the present moment just as it is. Accept yourself the way you're right now, with all the crazy ass thoughts, the physical sensations, the painful feelings, and the hoity-toity, smarty-pants mind of yours. Moving on, you might want to familiarize with "shadow work," as this practice helps you to do just that. You can find out more about it in my article "Dancing in the Dark - It's getting emotional."

Just take a deep breath and observe. Your inner witness couldn't be any calmer, despite the struggle you're going through right now. It's always unfazed, perfectly at ease, able to gaze at the stars in the distance, no matter the intensity of your internal storm. In the end, it'll turn out to be a storm in a teacup, anyway. After the hurricane has passed, it may be a good idea to inspect the aftermath. If relationship issues were the cause for your distress, you may want to steer back into calmer waters, sooner rather than later. Are there any emotional casualties? Did anyone get hurt verbally? How's the temperature in the room, energy-wise?

Let me introduce you to the practice of resetting, of "starting anew with a clean slate," of "picking up a white canvas." For this practice to be effective, try to put yourself in the other person's shoes for a moment, and ask your Higher Self to see things from its perspective. It works like a charm. Moving on with an attitude of humility, gratitude, and appreciation allows you to treat your loved one the way you want to be treated. Remember that all of us are energy, and we are all One. There is no separation, only interconnectedness. By practicing forgiveness and intentionally letting go of any resentment, you are already embodying loving kindness and compassion, thereby slowly raising your frequency.

As human beings, we all want to feel seen, heard, and cared about. And, all of us have the potential to literally change over night. Are you familiar with Charles Dickens' Christmas Carol? After being visited by three Spirits, Ebenezer Scrooge, emerges as a new man, after only one night. What was once an old, grumpy, pain-in-the-ass, cheapskate, has become a compassionate, lovable, generous, and charming fella, after just one night.

You can change, too. One book or dream might just be enough to shift your perspective entirely. I know, what I'm writing about here. Be open and inquisitive. Stay in "beginner's mind" and see yourself, others, and your life path with "fresh eyes," as if experienced for the very first time. I'd suggest that you give yourself and the whole world the gift of a "white canvas," a fresh start, every day anew. No resentment. Just forgiveness and peace.

If, on the other hand, you find yourself out of balance because of exhaustion, overwhelm, or general lack of self care and self love, then it's time for some long overdue alone time. Prioritize rest and relaxation. Hit the "pause button," and go offline. Soothe and pamper yourself. Shower yourself in self love. Do whatever is necessary to recharge your batteries, with an emphasis on gentleness. You already know what works best for you. All you have to do is follow through with it. A guilty conscience is definitely uncalled for in these circumstances, especially since it lowers your frequency even more.

Prioritize your well-being and treat yourself with a session of "shadow work", if you feel up to it. Just sitting and observing, focusing on your heart-center, slowly moving along the emotional spectrum, from guilt, or maybe even shame, carefully towards openness and acceptance. From here, love isn't far away, anymore. Just keep on feeling inside. Allow to arise, whatever needs to be released, in this moment. Cry if it helps. Don't hold anything back.

When you feel ready to move on and end your "shadow work" session, it's time to finally bring out your Little Spirit and have some fun. Put on some uplifting music and dance around. Watch a few cute baby animal videos to crack you up. Heck, maybe even get yourself some ice-cream or a sweet treat, if you can digest it. In short, do what sparks joy in you, what let's your heart smile like a three-year old in a petting zoo.

Life is short, so make the most out of it. Remember? It's all a game, and today you've learned a lot. Congratulations! Not only did you learn how to restore balance and harmony, but you also swiftly moved along the emotional spectrum like a pro. You trained yourself in "the art of shadow work." You intentionally changed your vibrational frequency from low to high. And, you embodied your true self - love. Give yourself a compassionate hug. You can be proud of yourself. I certainly am. Thank you for joining me on this cosmic adventure. I hope, I see you soon, my friend.
